Security Policy

At We Are The Robots Inc. (WATR), information security is a fundamental pillar to ensure the trust of our customers, partners, and collaborators. We are committed to protecting our information and technological assets, ensuring their confidentiality, integrity, and availability through the implementation of controls and best practices aligned with international standards such as ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
Our security approach is based on proactive risk management, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access critical information and systems. We implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms that prevent unauthorized access and guarantee operational traceability. Likewise, we continuously monitor our processes through audits and security analyses to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities before they pose a risk to the organization.
Continuous improvement is an essential part of our strategy. We periodically evaluate the effectiveness of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) to adapt to technological, regulatory, and organizational changes. Additionally, we promote a security culture within the company, ensuring that all our employees, contractors, and third parties understand the importance of protecting information and comply with established guidelines.
Senior Management supports this commitment by allocating the necessary resources for ISMS operations and appointing a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing its implementation. All members of We Are The Robots Inc. are responsible for complying with this policy and contributing to information protection in their daily activities.
This policy is periodically reviewed and communicated to all stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment with the organizations strategic objectives.
